What is UClub?
It is UNITEX’s own loyalty programme that rewards our customers for their transactions with UNITEX. U-Club members
get to enjoy exclusive discounts on UNITEX products, yearly cashback rewards, birthday gifts, and privileged access to U-Day promotions and deals on the 22nd of every month.
How does it work?
There are 3 U-Club membership tiers – Silver, Gold and Platinum. Every UNITEX customers will start at the Silver tier and will be upgraded to Gold or Platinum based on the total amount spent at UNITEX in the last six months.
Members will earn 1 point for every RM1 spent, and the points in turn can be used to redeem instant discounts off UNITEX products. The redemption value differs according to each tier.
What are the benefits and privileges of U-Club?
- Point programme allows U-Club members to collect points on every RM1 spent.
- Point redemption allows U-Club members to redeem instant discounts off UNITEX products. Redemption amount / value depends on
membership tier. - Credit programme allows U-Club members to top up credit for more convenient online payment purpose when they purchase UNITEX products online. Any extra benefits on top-up amount depends to membership tier.
- Yearly cashback rewards is an annual cashback reward programme for U-Club to earn cashbacks that are equivalent to their membership tier.
- U-Club Member Price is an exclusive members-only deal that allows U-Club members to enjoy exclusive discounts or deals on selected UNITEX products.
- Double points event falls on every U-Day (on the 22nd of every month). where U-Club members to enjoy exclusive discounts or deals on selected UNITEX products.
- U-Club member birthday gifts allows U-Club members a birthday gift redemption from the following 3 choices – UNITEX vouchers, free U-Points or free UNITEX products. The terms and conditions of use for each voucher are as stated on individual voucher.
- On every U-Day – which is the 22nd of every month, U-Club Members get to enjoy extra discount or double points on selected UNITEX product every month.
